Such a great spot. The matcha was smooth and high quality, and the food was just as good. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect to sit and relax. What really made the experience stand out was the service. Jerelyn and Fjeolla were both so kind, attentive, and welcoming. They made everything feel easy and comfortable. Definitely coming back.

We got the Ube Matcha and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch coffee, and they are great! Lots of space to bring your laptop as well, easy access to the wifi.

My favorite spot to be with family or have solo dates. Love love love the matchas and the sweets! Staff are so helpful and sweet, whenever I don’t know what to order they help guide on their favorite drinks or small things that you wouldn’t think to add. My current recommendation is the guava and cheese matcha. Love ERO🫶

I enjoy coming to the Ero Cafe’, Emerald and Jerelyn are both very helpful and friendly. I enjoy the laid back atmosphere and of course the picture perfect drinks and gluten free bake goods! This is the place to go for some relaxing time.

Such an incredible coffee place! Excellent coffee. I had the cinnamon crunch toast latte. The server is kind and friendly! The ambience is great if you are looking to work out of here. They have an excellent playlist and it’s not disturbing at all. And more importantly, they have great wifi at no extra cost! The restroom is clean. They use hand towels instead of paper towels so kudos on this sustainable practice! Loved the place and would love to visit again! My only suggestion would be to have a water pitcher clearly visible.

The best cafe in New Haven! From the staff to food and drinks. From the first time I walked in they remembered my name from there on out. My go to order is the matcha. They’re delicious and you’re able to choose from a good amount of flavors to add. Some of my favs are the Ube matcha, tres leche matcha, and I can’t forget about to the matcha waffles (a must for a sweet treat)

Such a good experience here! I got a cotton candy matcha, tasted even better than it looked!! My friend had a fruity pebbles matcha that was delicious as well. He also got the GF chocolate muffin, it was so good he couldn’t believe it was gf. Sweetest staff & great environment. Will be back!

I’ve had such a great experience every time I visit Ero Cafe in New Haven. The atmosphere is honestly one of my favorite parts it’s cozy, welcoming, and has such a calm, aesthetic vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. Whether you’re there to relax, study, or just hang out, it always feels comfortable and inviting. Jerelyn and Fjeolla are truly amazing. They are so kind, friendly, and attentive every single time. They really help make the cafe feel warm and personal, and you can tell they care about every customer’s experience. And the drinks are next level. Every time I come, I have to get two drinks because they are just that delicious. Everything is made with so much care and perfection and you can really taste it in every sip. Nothing ever feels rushed, each drink is crafted perfectly every time. So basically Ero Café has an incredible atmosphere, the kindest people, and absolutely amazing drinks. It’s the kind of place that always makes you want to come back. Everyone should come here!

First time trying this spot and I love it already! Dog friendly patio - pup cups available, comfortable seating inside and out. The empanadas might just be the best I have ever had - the dough is perfect! Great selection of drinks and food. Highly recommend checking out this place if you’re in the area.

Have been coming here for the past 2 weeks and really liking it! I live about 40 min away so it is a bit of a drive but I love getting my work done here. Drinks are so delicious and so cute, I love their food options as well and they have great outdoor seating. The girl in the front emerald is so sweet and makes great drinks!
